/api/MappingTool/FileBasedMapping

Uploads a CSV file of supplier rooms and queues it for offline mapping. The file is processed in the background and the address given in clientEmailId is notified when the run finishes.

Use Get File Mapping Status to follow the run, and Download Mapped File Or Sample File to collect the result once the status reads Completed. Both are documented in this section.

Check success in the body, not the HTTP status. A rejected file still returns HTTP 200, with success set to false and errorCode set to 2004. Only file level problems such as an oversized or non CSV upload return HTTP 400.

Maximum file size is 10 MB and exactly one file may be sent per call. For larger volumes, use the SFTP based submission instead. Contact the Vervotech mappings team to have it configured.
